  • We currently ship within Lebanon only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be required to cover additional delivery costs.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
