At Ideal of Lebanon, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our accessories. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if the product is unsealed, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories that come into direct contact with hair or the head, including but not limited to:

• Scarves

• Hooded scarves

• Knit balaclavas

• Hair or head accessories

Once such items are unsealed or worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Exchanges (Non-Defective Products)

If there is no proven defect and the customer requests an exchange:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees

• The item must meet the eligibility conditions stated above

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

3. Defective or Faulty Products

If you believe your item is defective:

• You must contact us with clear proof (photos or videos) within the specified return window

• We reserve the right to request the product to be sent back for inspection

• In this case, Ideal of Lebanon will cover the return delivery cost

After inspection:

• If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will proceed with a refund or replacement, at our discretion

• If the product is found to be non-defective, the item will be resent to the customer, and no refund will be issued

4. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, discounted items, or promotional products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless proven defective.
